These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Meridalo ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our products you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell digital information products: "The China Model Playbook" (a one-time PDF purchase) and the "Weekly China AI Pricing Report" (a monthly email subscription). We also offer a free price comparison sheet.
Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Creem handles checkout, payment processing, billing, invoicing and taxes, and its own terms apply to the transaction.
Subscriptions
The weekly report renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the link in your Creem receipt or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
License
Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the files or reports.

Our content is general educational information based on publicly available sources at the time of writing. Prices, availability and policies of third-party providers change frequently. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, results, savings or income, and nothing we publish is legal, financial or professional advice. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
