You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing meridalo@mail.grokbot.com with your order email or order number. No reason is required.

Weekly report subscription

You may request a refund of your most recent monthly payment within 14 days of that charge. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

How refunds are processed

Creem is our merchant of record and reseller and processes all payments and refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card provider.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
