Meridalo respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Email address — when you request the free handbook, ask to be notified, subscribe, purchase, or contact us.
- Order information — Creem, our merchant of record, collects payment and billing details to process your order and shares with us only what is needed to fulfil it (e.g. name, email, product, order status). We never see or store your full card details.
- Basic technical data — our static host may log standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation. We do not use advertising trackers.
Email signups (Netlify Forms)
Emails submitted through our signup forms (and the optional "what do you use today?" answer) are collected via Netlify Forms, provided by our host Netlify. We use them only to send you the handbook and occasional updates (including the Playbook launch notice if you asked for it). We never sell your email. You can unsubscribe anytime, and we will delete your data on request — just email meridalo@mail.grokbot.com.
How we use it
To deliver products and emails you requested, provide support, handle refunds, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
Only with service providers needed to run the business (Creem for payments, Netlify for hosting and form submissions, our email and hosting providers), or when required by law.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes or as legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by emailing meridalo@mail.grokbot.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have additional rights, including complaining to a supervisory authority.
